I love any shade of nude or blush but being a strawberry blonde with fair skin, it is hard to find the perfect tone. I was in Atlanta last weekend for the Apparel Mart showing of many Spring collections and that is where I laid my eyes on this gorgeous drape jacket!
Okay, I went into the showroom for a leather jacket (which I also walked out with) but found this blush pink jacket and once one arm was in it I knew I had to buy it. I mean, can't you see Kim K wearing it? Actually, she already has. She was photographed in a lovely camel felt jacket similar to this in Paris during Fashion Week.
Blush and Nude tones are perfect for these transitional seasons Spring and Fall. Although I steer clear of pastels during this time of the year, it is okay to wear muted colors in addition to those bold berries, browns, and blacks.
With such a loose fitting jacket I chose to pair this with a good fitting skinny jean and finish it with minimal accessories as the jacket is the focal point.
When wearing blush complement your accessories and makeup to those same type of tones to create a more cohesive look.

What better way to show your love for your favorite band or musician than by wearing their merchandise? I bought this Flatbush Zombies T-Shirt in a Large, but it was a limited edition with the New York Knicks colors, so I had to get it. I decided to enlist a fashion designer friend (Thanks Sav!) to help me alter it.
Once the shirt was finalized, I styled it with my badass leather jacket and a fit pair of sweat pants. To finish the look I chose a heel that matches the same style as the jacket. VOILA! A way to dress up a basic band t-shirt.

After living in New York City, it is so hard not to fall in the trap. The black trap. My friends make fun of my monochromatic wardrobe, but hey, it fits me and I just can't seem the shake the color. When picking out an outfit, I make a habit of wearing black, hence, The Black Habit. So what if I wear black? Black is not just a color for mourning, it is chic and effortless anyway you style it. Here is my black-on-black ensemble.
